Mailscanner + clamd and lstat error

Hello,

I'm running Debain lenny with mailscanner and clamav up to date, I have 
configured MailScanner to use clamd instead of clamav, since it should 
be faster.

This is the MS configuration regarding clamav:

Incoming Work User =
Incoming Work Group = clamav
Incoming Work Permissions = 0640
Virus Scanners = clamd
Clamd Port = 3310
Clamd Socket = /var/run/clamav/clamd.ctl
Clamd Lock File = /var/run/clamav/clamd.pid
Clamd Use Threads = yes


And this is the error I get in the mail logs:
MailScanner[925]: Clamd::ERROR:: UNKNOWN CLAMD RETURN ./lstat() failed. 
ERROR :: /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/925

The mail system is working fine, but I'm concern that this could lead to 
something bad
