xen console problem

Hello
I am using latest stable Debian (4.0r6) with xen on many machines.
Yesterday I've installed testing on my server but after a routine
creation of images and configs

When i try to boot my machines i get :

$xm console my_machine
[...]
Activating swapfile swap...done.
Setting up networking....
Configuring network interfaces...done.
INIT: Entering runlevel: 2
Starting enhanced syslogd: rsyslogd.
Starting periodic command scheduler: crond.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

problem : no login prompt.

Logs are perfect , everything seems to be working fine but I can't use
my machine because of no login prompt after xm console.

any help very much appreciated.
