As far I know, lines which begins with # are comments ;)
Try:
> SUBSYSTEM=="net", ACTION=="add", DRIVERS=="e1000e",

> NAME="eth4"
Then rmmod bnx2, rmmod e1000e, modprobe e1000e. Should work. If not, try
/etc/init.d/udev restart
