courier malloc error / migration to cyrus

Hi all,

do You have any complete working scripts or methods how to migrate
from courier to cyrus ?
We are migrating due to " malloc: Input/output error" in logs as we
are not able to run FAMd .
It's very annoying and only pop3 users with outlook get the error like
"lost connection with the server".

After shutting down FAM , we started to get few errors per minute of this kind..
