we also recently had similar problems with them. Asking persistently
yielded a statement that their machinery which they use to determine
such "faults" made some mistakes. It took them about a day to correct
their settings, and to whitelist us.

This, amongst other problems on their side.

Btw, how do you fastest contact them in case they don't accept email
from you? Calling into their end user support coldline callcenters
doesn't seem to be too much effective. I'd like to call one of their
techs directly if possible (in case it happens again).
