But that's why you'd be on the list, in this specific case there was a LOT of evidence that said dynamic host, heck noone even knows if maybe SBC sent in the entire /12 for voluntary listing even, and so in the absence of evidence to the contrary SORBS made the decision that all or some of this /12 (including all or some of the /21 mentioned in this thread) belonged on the DUHL.

Once SORBS was informed by the point of contact for the /12 (there is no /21, it's not been SWIPed) the truth of the matter they corrected their listing.

Open and shut.


Most times people complain about black lists, when you finally get the facts, they failed to follow instructions somewhere. Not all the time. In this case that's clearly what happened. Now SBC is definitely at fault for not correctly SWIPing the /21 space but that's another matter.
