dhcpnak (somebody spams me with another dhcp server ?)
Hello,
I have a small (400 clients) isp network.
I have to kind of clients - ones with pppoe interfaces (rp-pppoe) and
ones that get the aderss with DHCP.
For 3 days now i receive complaints about "disconnecting" from the
clients on dhcp... in my logs i see the attached log. AFAIK it means
that they obtain IP adress from another DHCP server and then after
dhcprelease they sent request for the IP address to my server but it
can't provide the previous address that has been given to them by the
another server.
IP addresses are bound to mac adresses :
