it's also another 'desirable' outcome, anyway - if the zombie spamware relays
through the local ISP's mail server then it becomes subject to that ISP's
rate-limiting and anti-spam rules.
viruses and zombies dont do this now - even though it would be trivial to
implement - because spammers realise that they'll quickly be blocked, or the
account terminated. as soon as they're forced into doing this, they've lost
and they know it.
