Exim4 + MailScanner
Hi folks,
i'm trying to configure exim4 + MailScanner on sarge and i'm getting
some problems.
Following a lot a manuals and tutors, i made the right configs, such as:
the exim runs 2 process, one for receive messages and another for
"deliver" it.
I have 3 folder involved:
/var/spool/exim4_incoming <- I belive that in the subdir 'input' of this
folder stays the messages which SMTP listener has received.
/var/spool/exim4 <- In this folder stays the messages that was scanned
by MailScanner.
/var/spool/mail/USERNAME <- The message ready to be retrieved by Pop3.
What happens is, using the "separate" mode (two exim process running ),
the messages doesn't arrives in /var/spool/mail/USERNAME. It statys im
/var/spool/exim4. Using the "combined" mode (just one exim process), it
receives and delivery the message, but MailScanner doesn't scan it.
Using the separate mode, before i use "queue_only = true" option in
exim4.conf, it happens fine, but without mailscanner scan.
Any ideas ?
