Server replication backup on webserver

Hi,

 

 We have two webservers one is for live server and another one is for backup.

We are planning to setup backup server as stand by in this case we need to setup a backup software to copy all the data from live server to backup server.Can some on suggest what is the best method to do  this which software does this in better way.
 
Please suggest me some tools to do this.I am planning to run everyday only incremental backup.

 

Otherwise is there any other solutions for this type of setup.
