Hi all, I was wondering if any of you run Plesk 7.5.x? We're thinking of rolling out a number of these servers instead of our own custom software we have now, but we were wondering if any of you have hit any problems with this control panel? Plesk seems to be one of the only control panels to "officially" support Debian. Others we looked at like Cpanel and Directadmin don't officially support Debian and making it work is hit-or-miss on those CPs. Or perhaps do you know of any other CPs that work properly on Debian? Doesn't have to be free... but would hopefully be fully supported.
Haven't tried it on debian, but do run it on RHE3. Overall it's pretty good software and we have not had any major issues with it. There is a pretty active forum culture on the sw-soft website and that is where you would get most of your support. Support from sw-soft itself is available but can cost decent $$$. I wish I could provide details on how it works on debian, but support for debian wasn't available when we purchased plesk. In general, plesk is pretty good and pretty simple to use; at least from the user point of view. :)
