I would take a look at pdns, which I used for more then a year now, and
I'm happy with the preformance, and the usability.
ii pdns 2.9.17-13 meta package for the pdns nameserver
ii pdns-backend-mysql 2.9.17-13 generic mysql backend for PowerDNS
ii pdns-recursor 2.9.17-13 PowerDNS recursor
ii pdns-server 2.9.17-13 extremely powerful and versatile nameserver
It's worth a look aswell I think.
