I would take a look at pdns, which I used for more then a year now, and
I'm happy with the preformance, and the usability.

ii  pdns               2.9.17-13    meta package for the pdns nameserver
ii  pdns-backend-mysql 2.9.17-13    generic mysql backend for PowerDNS
ii  pdns-recursor      2.9.17-13    PowerDNS recursor
ii  pdns-server        2.9.17-13    extremely powerful and versatile nameserver

It's worth a look aswell I think.
