Known problem, apparently a bug in apt-get!

There's an unannounced upstream API change mentioned here:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=294718
which might be the cause of it... Although you've reported the
problem came from a new Apache-SSL, not a new PHP4.
