  The error message given should be sufficient to fix the problem:

> NB: root's PATH should usually contain /usr/local/sbin, /usr/sbin and /sbin.

  If you're running bash, you should run:

PATH=/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/sbin:$PATH
export PATH
apt-get upgrade
