Protect Folder in Proftpd

Hi!

I'm trying to protect the directory "~/wwwroot" from being changed or
deleted.
But the user must be able to do everything (Create,Update,Delete..) in this
directory. Has anybody some hints to do this configuration?

We use ProFTPD Version 1.2.5rc1
