Hello,
the company I am working for is currently looking for Debian-friendly
hosting (colocation) companies operating in China, Indonesia and India,
more specifically in Beijing, Guangzhou, Jakarta and Mumbai. These can
be different companies, of course. The important points are:
- Debian-friendly (preferably able to install a minimum Debian bootstrap
system, which our engineers will then remotely configure to our liking)
- Good connectivity within geographical area and host country
- Decent colocation environment (UPSes, emergency diesel electricity,
flood/other extreme weather protected)
- Decent support (English-speaking, reaction to urgent requests within
10-15 minutes during business hours, best if 24x7)
If you work for such a company or can recommend one, I would appreciate
your input.
In terms of volume, we are looking to host one or two servers in each
location.
