On the Section I of your /etc/amavis/amavisd.conf, be sure to comment this line:

@bypass_spam_checks_acl  = qw( . );

This is my sources.list's additional entry (woody):

deb http://people.debian.org/~aurel32/BACKPORTS stable main

but backports.org and apt-get.org could give you another resources.
