the best email solution

I'm building a new server from the scratch.
There are such requirements for mail:
 
virtualHosting
no plain password sendings
WebMail (OpenWebMail preffered)
SMTP (? Postfix)
POP (? vm-pop3d)
IMAP
 
suggests?
