Problem with popa3 POP-Server

Hi,
I tried the popa3d POP-Server on my Woody-EMail-Server, which works
for about 15 Domains.
My Problem is, that it is only accessable through some domains, while
others cause connection errors. The nameserver entries are identical.
For I didn't find any configuration file, I have no idea what could
cause these errors.
Apache virtual servers on the maschine, and the smtp-service (Postfix
with SASL) is accessable through all the domain.
The POP-Server runs in daemon-mode.
The firewall doesn't block anything.
Hope someone can help me.
