Hmm, looks like it'll have to be the 'split-brain' approach then, and
have a bind instance attached to localhost, and one on the external IPs

(The actual thing I want to do is to expose a particular MX record
*only* to the localhost mailer daemon. I suppose I might be able to do
it with exim routing rules, but I wanted to keep it in the DNS 'cos I
have nice GUI tools for customers to manage their DNS)
