I know a (german) PHP script doing that.
I used it once an it worked. 
No more expiriences, sorry...

Me too -- and, I suspect, quite a number of others.
I think there's sufficient interest for an article on PHP-builder,
perhaps?  (Or at least four of us on this list feel the need for it.)
