Harddrive Errors

Hi,

I'm getting some Input/Output error messages and also messages in the syslog
on a server about the harddrive. Anyone have any ideas on whats wrong and
what I should do?

Is the harddrive bad? Or do I just need to run fsck ?

$ls
ls: methods: Input/output error
ls: status: Input/output error
ls: available: Input/output error

The errors above also appear when I type dmesg.

The scsi harddrive info is:
