BACK-UPS PRO 650



Hello,
I am using an APC BACK-UPS PRO 650 with the APC Cable 940-0095A.  I used
the debian package to install the daemon.  The funny is that my server
comunicates with it, it updates the /etc/apcupsd.stats file with the
voltage stuff, but it doesn't shutdown, even when I set a TIMEOUT in
/etc/apcupsd.conf.  It looks like it is working perfectly except it
doesn't shutdown.
