Hello All,
I just want to wrap up this thread and say thanks for everybody?s help. It
turns out that we had an unpaid balance at Network Solutions and to further
complicate the problem, we've moved our office to a new location last April
and the billing contact's (the owner of this ISP) e-mail address was
misspelled - no way could a billing statement from network solutions have
reached us. I guess Murphy?s law, coupled with a novice linuxer (me), and a
server running redhat instead of Debian produces such results (nasty joke).
We paid for five years and are just waiting for them to update our account
status and bring us back online. Once again I want to thank the fine people
who've helped - if ever you guys find yourselves in Manila (Philippines),
try to get in touch with me - I owe you guys a drink or two at the very
least.
