Firmware, and limiting the maximum connect rate through init string can
probably cure this 100%.

We see 53,333 consistently on our equipment. I can check our pm3's at any
time and see maybee 3 or 4 customers per 48 channels hitting 53,333. We
see everything in between too though :) from 9600 on up :)
I have also heard of 54,XXX (not sure what was after 54) on pm3 equipment,
so i know it's possible.
