Re: 56k termination
Hate to jump on this thread late, but is 56k access really necessary? You
are going to have a much higher installation cost, simply from equipment.
If you can get POTS lines and have your users satisfied with 33.6k, then
there are MANY cheap routes to take.
Remember, 56k is very picky about phone line conditions, simply supporting
it on your end in no way guarantees a 56k connection. Even under the best
circumstances, 56k is also only capable of downstream speeds >33.6 :) Not
upstream.
