You could put a .forward file in each user's directory that wants this done
with the lines:
real_email_account@domain.com
backup_email@domain.com
AFAIK, this will not create an infinite mail loop. My memory is foggy on
this but you might have to put a \ or some other escape character in front
of the local email address to ward off the mail loop.
