If you can't do PD, route an entire /64. > RFC 3769. At least there's now also ndppd (not yet in Debian, working on that), in case one doesn't receive the first one routed. Routing nets smaller than /64 will deprive yourself of autoconfiguration (not of router advertisements, though). It's possible and might make sense depending on the use case.
