H.E. Tunnel problems

Hi. I just realized that few people are going to care about my woes,
so I'll ask the question first: Hurricane Electric isn't working for
me, can a kind soul suggest a different tunnel provider?

The IPv6 tunnel I set up through Hurricane Electric worked for several
months without trouble. Then, at the beginning of March, it stopped
working. Their "connectivity" tests, ping6 and traceroute6, failed
looking back towards me, but I was still able to ping the other end
of the tunnel.

The strange thing was that their traceroute6 result both for my subnet
and their tunnel (both ends) was "!H", no route to host. This is
crazy, they should have at least a ROUTE to the tunnel, even if it
doesn't respond.

I sent a note to their support email, and received no reply. This was
very odd, they've always been quick to respond. I've sent something
like 20 emails by now, to their support, ipv6, and even copied
"sales" and "business" addresses once just for the heck of it, no
reply.

I called their helpdesk after about 15 days, and the gentleman was
kind enough to be surprised that the ticket had been open for so long
with no reply and no one looking at it, but that telephone support
was not available for the "free" service. Oh well.

Rebuilding and "remove, restore" didn't have any effect, so I took the
tunnel down for a day. Sure enough, when I restored the tunnel I got
a new tunnel address, new subnet, etc. Ok, no problem, except that it
doesn't come up at all.
