proc file ndisc
/proc/net/ndisc file is used to maintain IPv6 neighbor's address information. Looks like it won't be generated by linux-kernel 2.4.20 by default even when you load modules ipv6 . This is asked in the USAGI mailing-list too, see

But CONFIG_IPV6_NDISC_DEBUG is not found in my kernel source code. How to make this proc file available ? Can anyone here help?
