This glibc patch was posted to the 6bone mailing list today. It allows the resolver to do the right thing WRT reverse lookups. The standard resolver will only resolve ip6.arpa addresses, but there is only an ip6.int reverse delegation for the 6bone, and there seems to be some question as to whether or not ip6.arpa will ever get used. I don't know if this will ever get used, or if it's worth it for us to put up special builds of glibc on the IPv6 repository... But it might be useful to somebody.
