The list is against potato and woody. Some of the packages can tun on
sid
too but for instance right few days ago apache1.3.22 come in main
so the ipv6 must be update otherwise you are not gonna see it.
Anyway I've found that also qpopper is ipv6 ready. Just use
the netkit-inetd from ipv6 and place tcp46 option in the inetd.conf
