So we have problem with ,,nice'' definition ;-) But maybe you have right.
Now the problem is that USAGI stuff isn't merged with main kernel source.
Just make USAGI people to merge it... Right now they are doing kind of
,,another'' kernel && glibc as this is in *BSD family ;(
