Ah, I see...  I'm not familiar with SRPMs so I didn't know what was in the
spec file or even that it was unpacked along with the tarball...  Thanks.

Me neither.  The author (Lars Fenneberg) has a webpage though:

Interestingly, Google wasn't able to find this page on a search for
"radvd", but found it for a search on "Lars Fenneberg".  I suppose the
software isn't high-profile enough yet.
