There is no offical membership of the IPv6 part of the project. This
email list and the webpages are to help each other rather than be some
sort of entitity.

If you meant you want to be a new member of the Debian project then
have a look at http://nm.debian.org/ for details.  You don't have to be
a maintainer to help on ipv6 (or even other) stuff.

I've added these. I didn't know about libpcap and ssh.
