IPv6'd netkit telnet

I couldn't find any V6 patches for the 0.16 netkit telnet which we use,
and I really missed having a telnet that could speak V6 so I patched it
up.

It seems to work fine, does the usual -4/-6 trick and can even speak to
unix domain sockets [oooh, aah, ooh]: 

./telnet localhost /tmp/ssh-ZlNn8557/agent.8557
Trying localhost...
Connected to lully.
Escape character is '^]'.

Patch actually makes the souces a tad cleaner+smaller :>

I'm not intending to a v6 server..
