updated netkit-telnet ipv6 things

Hello, I've been doing some testing recently with the IPv6 support in
xinetd, and I noticed that while using the stock telnetd any logged-in
connections would show up as 0.0.0.0 .. not terribly useful obviously, so I
dug around on all the debian ipv6 archives I could get to (unfortunately
only the ones on www.debian.org) and found only the older 0.12 versions. I
took those, merged in changes against the current 0.16 packages, and have
been testing them locally for most of the afternoon, without any problems
thusfar. If anybody is interested in the telnet pkgs I generated a source
archive for those, but not yet xinetd (the only change there was importing
the debian/ dir to the current source tree and adding the ipv6 flag at
configure time). I can upload any or all of this stuff to wherever somebody
would like, assuming that nobody else has beaten me to it. I'm not
currently a debian developer so I don't have an account on master to toss
'em.

thanks,
Marc
