This is IMHO smallest bug in ipv6 version ssh. Other bugs:
- port and x11 forwarding doesn't work (it tries bind() twice and at second time
  it fail) - F
- reverse dns checking is broken for ipv4-mapped addresses - F
- if user connects via ipv4 or ipv6 then server still binds to both
  ipv4 and ipv6 addresses - N

F - fixed in PLD/Linux
N - not yet fixed
