I understand wikipedia an social-ime disctionaries was causing problem
but why just remove?

It is clear that many words are 50-250.  Only very few ones get high
score as 300.  The wikipedia disctionary set them to 300.  That is the
problem.  Since this is just alternative choice, put then with 50.
(High number is supposed to be for high priority)

Just replace 300 with smaller number like 50 - 200 in these files.  Then
things should be better ... I think.  Untested :-)

There may be learning thing to do ... I am not yet understanding all the
source ...

Since we moved to 0.3, we don't use problematic dictionary.
