Bug#921005: Missing manual dependency for package gcin on libappindicator3-1

Dear maintainers,

the gcin source has a build dependency on libappindicator3-dev, but the package
itself doesn't depend on libappindicator3-1. I guess the library is just
dynamically dlopen'ed, so the maintainer scripts can't detect it.

When I start gcin, I get a message window with a close button and the text:
"libappindicator3.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory". And clicking the close button results in a SIGSEGV.

Manually installing libappindicator3-1 fixes the problem, so I guess the gcin
package needs a manual libappindicator3-1 dependency.
