That's my mistake.

Now question is do you want to be the owner since you are the top
contributor now.  Please accept new owner role.

FYI:

I usually put 1-2 year limit for *-guest account and they are maintainer
access.

I don't know what is BLOCK means.  But they seem to be unreachable
e-mail address.  Maybe we should drop them now.
