[Pkg-ime-devel] !!! No library update with API changes to unstable !!! before ibus 1.5

Hi,

Please do not update library packages with API changes to unstable if it
has anything to do with ibus 1.5 transition, until this transition is
over in 10 days.

I updated opencc in experimental just to be safe side.  As I see its
symbols file, this seems to be safe.
