I argued for storing all ibus-setup-* in one directory previously. I thought this is an undocumented policy. But it seems that the IBus upstream is unclear about their policy. So a NOP would be good now as Debian is not frontier test ground. Daiki probably changed ibus-setup already in whatever hidden place. But it doesn't matter to Debian if there is no new IBus release contains that change yet.
