I'll upload 1:0.4.5+r1579-1 to unstable which re-enables m17nlibs again in tomorrow.
In this version, old gtk-immodules 'uim-*' will completely dropped and 'direct'
becomes default IM when neither anthy nor canna are installed. If users want to change
IM, use uim-im-switcher which is in uim-gtk2.0.
