[Pkg-ime-devel] [RFS] m17n-lib 1.3.1-1, m17n-db 1.3.1-1, libotf 0.9.4-1

Hi, all.

I prepared the new packages of m17n-lib, m17n-db, and libotf.  But my
sponsor, Masahito Omote  <omote@debian.org>, seems to be busy and I
need a sponsor.  Could anyone upload these package?
