We will be upgrading ftp-master and related hosts from bullseye to
bookworm. Expect downtimes, delays in upload and release processing, and
generally reduced service over the weekend.
This includes the following hosts:
* fasolo (ftp-master)
* coccia (ftp-master developer accessible mirror,
also hosting api.ftp-master.debian.org / rmadison)
* seger (security-master)
* suchon (security archive upload queue)
* usper (upload queue)
