salsa.debian.org maintenance (GitLab 11.7.3 security update)

Hi folks

We will perform maintenance on salsa.debian.org today, 2019-02-03,
between 0930 and 1100 UTC.

We will upgrade the GitLab instance to 11.7.3.  This includes several
security fixes.

There should be no user visible downtime.
