buildd req for raidultils 0.0.6-18 on alpha and ia64

I believe that raidutils 0.0.6-18 will build on all linux
architectures, including 64-bit ones.  If the build daemons could be
ticked to attempt a build on alpha and ia64, I would appreciate it.
