After which it went rather quiet. To me, this smells like it's
working, just not talking to the console any more. It's running
quite an old PROM, so I'm going to update that, and then try again.
Looks like it found the console, but does it change the behavior if
you
explicitly pass console=ttySG0 on the kernel boot line?
