This appears to be a non-native package, but it is packaged natively.
i.e., the .dsc file doesn't have a .orig.tar.gz & a .diff.gz.

What were ftp-master's requests?

Have you reviewed the ppc64 changes, and do you "vouch" for them?  Do
you have a way to test a build of them?
